   Museum Pointe has a new Building Engineer on staff.

   David Torres replaces Bill Herring, who is retiring in February.  

   David and Bill will work together for Bill's remaining weeks to aid in the transition.

   Please welcome David to our community, and when you see Bill, offer your thanks and good wishes.

 

   McKenzie Design Studio, at the direction of the Museum Pointe Decorating Committee, has prepared two approved options for the planned redecoration of resident hallways.

   The options are on display in the lobby, and pictured in the January Newsletter.

   The Museum Pointe Board of Directors is unanimously behind an effort to limit the percentage of rental units in the building.  Lower rental percentages mean higher property values, and easier access to mortgage loans.  

   Limiting rentals requires that 67% of all unit owners agree, not just 67% of those voting.  

   THEREFORE-- Please sign the proxy form available here, and return it to the Management Office in the building.
