LIMITING RENTALS

The Museum Pointe Board of Directors is unanimously behind an effort to limit the percentage of rental units in the building. Lower rental percentages mean higher property values, and easier access to mortgage loans.

CURRENT UNIT OWNERS WOULD NOT BE RESTRICTED BY THE CHANGE, EVEN IF THEY CURRENTLY DO NOT RENT THEIR UNITS.

Limiting rentals requires that 67% of all unit owners agree, not just 67% of those voting.
